Director

Jerome Chan (1971-) earned a doctorate degree in entomology from the National Taiwan University and is the director of Luye Ecological Image Company.

In 2020, he won the Best Cinematography Award at the Taiwan Ecological and Environmental Film Festival for the documentary "Rebirth: Microscosmic Kenting". He also won the first prize of the 2002 Ford Motor Company Conservation and Environmental Grants and the Japan Creation Award of the 2007 Japan Fashion Association. His works include "Beautiful Scenery Soon to Disappear", "Rebirth", "The Eagle Is Back", and "Insect Gangs".
