Chih-Hsiung Liu was an animator, an editor, a scriptwriter, and a director in Sanlih E-Television, Eastern Broadcasting, Chung T'ien Television, and Chinese Television System. As a director and cinematographer, he was nominated for Best Directing for Non-Drama Programme of the 50th Golden Bell Awards with Slow Travel Adventures. In 2020, See You at the Market, a TV program he produced, won three Golden Bell Awards, including Creative Program Award, Best Cinematography for Non-Drama Programme, and Best Lifestyle Program.
