Yi-Fang Li graduated from Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures, National Taiwan University and from Edinburgh College of Art. She won Golden Screenplay Award at the 12th Filming Taipei Screenplay Competition for "The Remains". "Little Blue" was her directorial debut feature.
