Chang-Hui Chiang (1982-) is from Tainan. He graduated from Department of Foreign Languages and Applied Linguistics of National Taipei University and worked as an actor and model. After playing supporting roles in student and short films, TV series, commercials, stage plays, short films, and web series, he was featured in films including A Boy Named Flora A and Days Before the Millennium.
