Director

Yen-Kuang Chen graduated from Department of Graphic Arts and Communications of National Taiwan Normal University. He makes social realist films, depicting delicate feelings in actual society. He directed and wrote the script of Hideout, a suspenseful movie on brotherhood and love. It was nominated for or won awards at several international film festivals. During the shooting, he was sent to the hospital for an accidental injury. However, he still managed to catch up and successfully completed the film.
