Director

Chun-Wei Wand graduated from the Department of Radio, Television and Film, Shih Hsin University and earned a master’s degree from the Department of Motion Picture of National Taiwan University of Arts. He directs, writes, and produces short films ("Bike", "From Where to Where", and "Once Upon A Time on the Chung-Cheng Road..."), drama series, and movies. "Before the Military Drill" on the situation of a Chinese migrant wife won the Jury Prize at the Golden Harvest Awards.
