Jing-Yi Ratio Low is an artist, professional stop-motion animator and animator. She is studying for her master’s degree in multimedia and animation arts at Taipei National University of the Arts. Her animation works generally combine feminism and visual vocabulary about nature. “Fisso”, “Blüte”, and “Blumentanz” were respectively selected for Kaohsiung Film Festival, Taoyuan Film Festival, South Taiwan Film Festival, or nominated for Golden Harvest Awards. Domestic and foreign film festivals, won the Best Experimental Animation Short at the International Animation Festival in Uruguay, the Taiwan Special Award at the Kuandu International Animation Festival, and the Silver Award for new media arts at the National Art Exhibition R.O.C.
