Director

Yu Pei-Yi graduated from the Graduate Institute of Animation and Film Art at Tainan National University of the Arts. Her works are imbued with spiritual fantasy and humanistic concerns. She made "The Nomadic Tomb" during her college years. Based on the anthropomorphic perspective of the cemetery, this animation explores the states of animals killed on the road, which are transformed into feelings about the marginalized groups in society. This animation was selected into the 26th Wusanto Film Festival and shortlisted in the animation category of the 2023 Youth Film Festival.
