ZOU Shih-Ching
Director
Zou Shih-Ching graduated from the Department of Religious Studies at Fu Jen Catholic University and obtained a master's degree from the New School's School of Media Studies in New York City. Her film career began with the film "Take Out" co-produced with Sean Baker and nominated for a John Cassavetes Award. Her productions have premiered at the Cannes Film Festival to critical acclaim. She was a finalist for the Vilcek Foundation's Creative Promise Award and later served on the jury of the Slamdance Film Festival. Her production credits include "Starlet," "Tangerine," and "Red Rocket." Her most recent directorial work is "Left-Handed Girl," for which she was nominated for Best New Director at the Golden Horse Awards.
