Weng Yi-Chen is a director and a cultural worker. She works as a marketing planner for a cultural institution in Taipei. The short documentary film "The Sparkle in Our Lives" co-directed by her and Yu Wei-Jing won the merit award at New Taipei City Documentary Film Award.
