Director

Zhan I-Wei obtained a master's degree in Motion Picture from the National Taiwan University of Arts. He established a film studio with an entrepreneurship grant from the Ministry of Education. In his works, he often draws themes from everyday life, exploring the subtle interpersonal relationships. He won the Best Director Award at the Kaohsiung Youth Film Festival for "Love Hsiao-Wei”. His other works include "Not Your Baby”, which was nominated for the Taipei International Golden Short Film Awards and the KinoDUEL International Film Festival in Russia; "Chiffon”, which was nominated for the Southern Film Festival; and “Safety Lecture", which was nominated for the Golden Harvest Awards.
