Makeup

Chang Pai-Fan is a special effects makeup artist. She graduated from the Department of Fashion Design of Shih Chien University and majored in Makeup Design for Film & TV at the Vancouver Film School. She has served as a special effects makeup artist for the TV series "Mas Doctor" and the following films: "Han Dan", "My Best Friend’s Breakfast", and "Where the River Flows".
