Lin Yi-Ting is a documentary director of a new generation, who currently studies in the Department of Motion Picture at the National Taiwan University of Arts. During high school, she began to learn about documentary production, including cinematography and editing. She won the New Taipei Spirit Award at New Taipei City Student Film Awards ("My Home"), and was shortlisted for the Chi Po-Lin Environmental Documentary Award ("When the Wind Blows"). She has also been given the President Educational Award. After graduating from high school, she was admitted to the National Taiwan University of Arts through a special talent recruitment. Her recent work is "K9", a documentary about police dogs in collaboration with director Chang Wei-Chih.
