Christopher Ma holds a master's degree from the Department of Motion Picture at the National Taiwan University of Arts and a master's degree from the University of Southern California's School of Cinematic Arts. He had worked as an editor in the United States. His work ranges from documentaries to feature films, spanning genres such as comedy, horror, fantasy, etc. "Eerie Hometown" is his debut feature film as a writer and director.
