The huts with metal sheeting constructed on the rooftops of many old buildings create a unique scene in Taipei’s skyline, which are often referred as the “killer of views” or “tumours of the city". The film interviewed several residents living in these so-called "iron-skin rooftop huts," and tried to understand their life and point of views. Maybe in ten years, as the speed of urban regeneration increases, not only the rooftop huts but also the lifestyles hidden in the “tumours of the city” will gradually disappear. Close
