The lives of a group of Atayal people have been transformed irrecoverably after an infamous earthquake. Their homes were vanished and important routes connecting with the outside world have been buried. Under the leadership of Walis and A-Wu, the MIHU team is formed. Its goal was to gather rebuilding fund for the MIHU temporary housing project. In this ideal community, the people work together and live together. They try to rebuild their homeland on their own, returning to a traditional tribal culture. However, the economic situation in the area worsens day by day.
