Tsung-Sheng Tang (nicknamed Tsung-Tsung) is an artist, host, actor, dubbing actor, and stage actor. He was born in 1970 and earned a bachelor’s degree from Taipei National University of the Arts and a master’s degree from Ming Chuan University School of Communication. He performs in political satire programs, such as "Everybody Speaks Nonsense" and "Political Satire Show", talk shows, as well as movies ("The Rooftop", "Like Life", "About Youth", and "Cheer Together"), TV dramas, MVs, and online dramas. He also participated in stage performances with the Performance Workshop, Godot Theatre Company, and All U People Theatre.
