Born in 1951, Shu-Hai Chao is a senior Taiwanese singer, actor and host. His son is the famous actor Mark Chao.In the 1970s, he made his debut as a singer and wrote many folk songs. In the 1980s, he began his acting career and also hosted TV programs. He won Best Host in a Variety Program of Golden Bell Awards with the famous quiz show, Let's Come Together.
