Born in 1956, Danny Deng is a senior director and actor in Taiwan. In the early days, he joined Lanlin Theatre Troupe to learn performing, and later he participated the TV variety show, A Series of Bubbles, and became active in the show business. He acted in TV series such as A Cinematic Journey, The Hospital and Letter 1949, and films such as A One And A Two, Dust in The Wind and A Brighter Summer Day. In addition to performing, he has directed many TV dramas and films. He was nominated for Best Writing for a Television Series of Golden Bell Awards with CTV's Comrade Xiaoping and for Best Director for TV Series of Golden Bell Awards with Bi Ya Su Na.
