Graduated from School of Theatre Arts of Taipei National University of the Arts, Pei-An Lo went to the United States for further studies and obtained a master's degree in drama from Catholic University of America and a degree in acting from American Academy of Dramatic Arts. An actor, screenwriter, playwright and director in Taiwan, he is considered an all-round entertainer.
