Hsiao-Chin Chen graduated from Department of Motion Picture of National Taiwan University of Arts. As a film editor,she has worked in Taipei Post production Corp. and now works in Chen Po-Wen Film Editing Studio. The works that she edited include documentaries, such as The Team, The Rocking Sky and Master Sheng Yen, and TV series, such as Apple in Your Eye, Roseki and Survival.
