Eitzel Chang (1979-) is an independent filmmaker. He has worked as a director, a screenwriter, an editor, and an art designer. In 2009, he was shortlisted for the Best Original Screenplay at Golden Horse Awards for his screenplay "Tears". In 2017, he won the Golden Bell Award for Best Art and Design with "The Last Verse". In 2022, he was shortlisted for Best Art Direction at the Golden Horse Awards for "Coo-Coo 043". His works include "The Island That All Flow By", "White Ant", "Le Moulin", and "Farewell to the Ark".
