Shih Ho-Feng (1980-) graduated from the Department of Radio, Television and Film at Shih Hsin University and the Graduate Institute of Documentary and Film Archiving at Tainan National University of the Arts. He specializes in recording the humanistic conditions and atmosphere of life during changing times by addressing local culture in Southern Taiwan through his documentaries. His works include “Black Hand Nakasi: Workers’ Band,” “The Scenery through the Smog,” and “Alchemy.”
