Shih-Chieh Lin earned his MFA in Film and Video from the California Institute of the Arts and is the head of Taiwanfred Films. His works include "A Short History of Decay" (winner of Best Experimental Film and Best Sound Design at the 37th Golden Harvest Awards; the opening film of the Hamburg International Short Film Festival), "Saturn Channel" (winner of the Best Experimental Film at the 45th Golden Harvest Awards), "Xinyiwood", "Future Mysteries", and "Myth Cell".
