Tzu-Chuan Liu is the son of the veteran actor Renzo Liu. He made his acting debut in TV series, On Children, and starred in his first film, The Silent Forest, in 2020. Afterwards, he participated in Greenray Theatre Company's stage play tour, Human Conditions II: She and the Men in Her Life, directed by Nien-Jen Wu. In 2021, he won Best Actor Silver Peacock Award of 51st International Film Festival of India with The Silent Forest.
