Zong Chiang was born in 1995, and his father San-Sheng Chiang is a music producer. Zong Chiang composes pop songs and music for films, TV series, and commercials. He released his first solo album at the age of 11. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and is a master's student at the University of Southern California’s Thornton School of Music . He has been selected as a Grammy U mentor and scored for films such as "Hidden Treasures in the Mountain" and "Legend of Sun Walker" as well as a documentary on Ang Lee.
