The eve of the handover of Macou, Dec. 1999, the atmosphere is surreptitious and unstable in such a peaceful moment. It is the final countdown for all gang members. Meanwhile, a pair of moulds of US dollars stolen away from Washington Federal Bank becomes the starting point for the battle of the end of the century.
The thief Isen stole the mould 10 years ago but immediately betrayed by his girl friend Manly and jailed. Before he got arrested, Isen hide the mould and no one knew where the mould is.
Dec. 17. 1999 the chief police officer of Australian Sanjack Kuan set Isen free with condition. Isen must get the mould back before Macou\'s handover. Isen took this deal because Isen did not only want to get free but also to see his abandoned son Shiao-Lung YEH
With the commitment from Isen, Shiao-Lung grew up with Isen\'s old friend, the director of critical crime, Mr. Kuo-dung LEE, and became an inspector.
