SHEN Ko-Shang

Director , Scriptwriter , Cinematography , Editor、Position(導演Director)

Shen Ko-Shang graduated from the Department of Motion Picture at the National Taiwan University of Arts, with a major in directing. He has served as the director of the Taipei Film Festival and taught at the Graduate Institute of Ethnomusicology at the National Taiwan Normal University. His debut film, “When Yesterday Comes”, won the Golden Horse Award for Best Short Film and was nominated for the Short Film Competition at the Cannes Film Festival. He won the Taipei Film Festival's NT$1 million grand prize for “A Rolling Stone". Following his input for the National Geographic Channel's "Taiwan to the World", he has directed documentaries such as “Baseball Boys”, “The Pigeon Game”, “Deep Quiet Room”, and “Seven Ages of A Man”.
