Richie Ren received his education at the Taiwan Cultural University\'s sports department. In 1997, his performance of the song \"Too Soft a Heart\" made him a superstar overnight throughout Asia. Since then, Ren has continued charming his fans with his energetic and yet touching singing style winning many singing awards. He has appeared in several movies, including \"Gorgeous,\"(玻璃樽) co-starring Jackie Chan(成龍) and his newest film \"Silverhawk,\"(絕種好男人) co-starring Michelle Yeoh.
