Born in 1988, Esther Liu is an actress, singer and host in Taiwan. She and Joanne Tseng formed a girl band, Sweety, to make their debuts and released a few music albums afterward. Thereafter, she began to act and starred in many TV series, such as Green Forest, My Home, Mr. Fighting and Bodhisattva in Storm. She won Best Supporting Actress in a Television Series of the 48th Golden Bell Awards with Falling, was nominated Best Leading Actress in a Mini-series/TV movie of the 47th Golden Bell Awards with The Golden Child, and Best Supporting Actress in a TV series of 56th Golden Bell Awards with Mother to Be.
