Thomas Foguenne, born in 1980, is a Belgian composer who graduated from the Royal Conservatory of Mons in Belgium and currently resides in Taiwan. He specializes in film scoring, with his work spanning commercials, feature films, and documentaries, and has been involved in the production of films such as "Upstream", "Blood Amber", and "Black Sheep". He won the Golden Bell Award for Best Sound Effects for his work on "The Thorn" and "The Cat in the Closet", and in 2024, he won the Best Original Film Score award at the 61st Golden Horse Awards for his work on The "Stranger Eyes".
