From 2002 until the present, TSMT has been devoted to the integration of multi-media production resources and the Internet audio-video communication technology. We have successfully commodities digital contents, built up a web-based multi-media operation platform to connect the global Taiwanese community. After the completion of internetization for 14 conventional radio stations, and the website construction of the Taiwan Human Rights Infonet and Hakka Radio, our president, Shang-Ren Chen, is leading us to the goal of growing to a professional digital data R&D team and provider.

Besides, we’ve also been wholly supporting the Taiwanese movies for a long time. We do not only distribute movies of independent production but also invest in Taiwanese movie making. Starting from late 2004, we co-produced a feature movie with a local partner. In the same year, we organized the "Get Reel" Taiwan Independent Film Market Exhibition to support the Taiwanese movie market.
