One night, Doze meets with some of his friends, talking about the political chaos in Taiwan. They have a whim to make fun of politicians and the government, such as to pull the Legislator CHIU Yi's wig, ram into the Presidential Palace, organize an anti-government alliance… and at the same time make a documentary out of it. It is at first nothing but a joke; however, the proposal is accepted by the government, who is going to offer part of the fund. Director Doze asks Hsi-sheng the producer to help him raise the funds and to focus on what Honto Production is doing now. Almost at the same time, Doze invites his good friend CHU Chung-heng to be the protagonist in the film, even persuades him to invest and make Honto his home too. Furthermore, he even promises the low-paid crew that if the film is to be successful, they would have the share of profits. The team starts to be involved in making the film, CHU decides not to take the part, how to make a film without money? Doze’s anxiety is built up. He can do nothing but calls a real estate dealer in Taichung named TSAI, and tries to convince him to invest money into this film. Tsai is very fond of the actress DING Ning. Doze immediately decides to ask for Xun Zhou in the place of Ning-ning. Ning-ning, who's Doze's girlfriend, overhears his words and leaves silently. No fund into the filmmaking, His-sheng disappears. The plan of pulling CHIU Yi's wig fails, no documentary is made. Doze gets crazy. Turtle and his gang station in the office everyday, they really make Honto their home. Annie encourages him to confess everything to Ning-ning. Even Turtle tells him to ask for Ning-ning's forgiveness. Doze confesses to Ning-ning that he has made love to so many women, not only that actress, but also many others. Ning-ning breaks down, and expels Doze out of the house.
