A senior filmmaker in Taiwan, Patrick Mao Huang received his master's degree from the Film Program of the Columbia University. He is a film producer, distributor, and film festival curator. In 2002, he established the film production and distribution company called Flash Forward Entertainment, which created a new business model for independent film production in Taiwan and established a solid domestic and international network as well as production and sales channels. He has produced many films and television dramas that have been well received by film festivals and has worked as the producer for Berliner Philharmoniker's documentary. In recent years, Huang has continued to be active in film production and distribution industry.
